- Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
- A minimum of 15 years experience in Building project.

Senior Project Engineer / Construction Manager |
- Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Building project.

Project Engineer / Site Engineer |
- Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Building project.

M & E Engineer |
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.

M & E Supervisor / Coordinators |
- Diploma / Certificate in relevant discipline.

Project Architect |
- Degree in Architecture or its equivalent.

Land Surveyor |
- Degree/ Diploma / Certificate in relevant discipline with working knowledge of Total Station.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Civil Engineering/ Building Survey Setting Out Works.
- Proactive with good technical and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge on Autocad.

Safety & Health Officer |
- Competent and Registered with DOSH preferably with experience in Building project.
- A minimum of 2 years experience working for Main Contractor.

Senior Quantity Surveyor |
- Recognized Degree in relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Civil Engineering and/or Building project.

Quantity Surveyor / Site Quantity Surveyor |
- Recognized Degree in relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Civil Engineering and/or Building project.

|
Environmental Officer |
- Degree in Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years experience working for main contractor.

|
Senior Site Supervisor |
- Diploma/Certificate in Civil / Building Technology or its equivalent.
- A minimum of 8 years experience in supervision of Civil Engineering or Building project.

|
Architecture Coordinator |
- Diploma / Certificate in Architecture or relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Building Construction.

Project Planner & Scheduler |
- Diploma / Certificate in Construction Management or relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Building Construction Planning & Scheduling
- Good skill in Primavera (Version 3 & 6) and Microsoft Project Planning Software.

QA / QC Manager / QA / QC Engineer |
- Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 8 / 5 years experience in Building Construction QA / QC.

|
Accounts Executive |
- A recognized Degree / Diploma in Accounting.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant accounting experience and familiar with computerized accounting system, Microsoft Excel & Words.
- Experience in construction and property development accounting would be an added advantage.

|
HR & Admin Executive |
- A recognised Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
- Familiar with office admin work & willing to travel.
- 2 - 5 years of related working experience.
- Male candidates with ability to converse in Mandarin or other Chinese dialects are encouraged to apply.
- Possesses own transport.
