To liven up the work environment as well as to inculcate a sense of corporate citizenship, the Group has initiated programmes that contribute to the employees’ welfare while attending to social causes.

One of the highlights of the Group’s programmes is its involvement in providing assistance to worthy causes. The caring visit to orphanages and donations to certain deserving charities are among the conscientious ways the Group has taken on its social obligations.

The Group also has a Sports Club that organizes sports & recreational activities for the staff to promote fellowship amongst one another. Successful events that were organized include badminton matches, bowling games, Futsal, Yoga classes, festive celebrations & gathering lunches, local day trips to the historical city of Malacca, hi-tea buffet at hotels, exciting nature hikes and jungle trekking. The Club subsidises overseas trips for staff in an effort to boost morale, strengthen ties and broaden horizons. Some of the places we have been to include Taiwan, Korea, Cambodia, China and Thailand.
