Project Department

Senior Contract Manager (M&E) / Contract Manager (M&E) / Assistant Contract Manager (M&E)
Requirements
  • A recognized Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years' of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Dynamic, independent, and possesses good managerial and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • Review contractual conditions in tender documents and prepare estimates for M&E work.
  • Prepare documents for tender and pre-qualification submissions.
  • Assist the Head of Department in assessing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Examine the tender documents and drawings for any discrepancy and potential claims during post contract.
  • Monitor the work carried out by M&E Engineer / M&E Quantity Surveyor.
  • Assist Project Director/Project Manager in contract implementation and interpretation of contract terms, discrepancies between BQ/drawings/specifications etc.
  • Prepare subcontract award for M&E work during post contract.

Senior M&E Engineer / M&E Engineer / M&E Coordinator
Requirements

  • Assist in resource planning, machinery allocation on a day to day basis to ensure works at the site are carried out in a timely manner
  • Attend sit meetings and assist in project supervision, documentation and reporting.
  • Organize site inspection, testing and commissioning, and the authority's inspection.

Requirements
  • A recognized Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent with 3 – 5 years work experience in construction industry.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Contracts & Purchasing works which is responsible for:-
    1. Pre-Contracts/Tender Estimating - Securing jobs.
    2. Post Contracts - Contracts administration, co-ordinate with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, consultants, corresponding letters, claim, VO and etc.
    3. Purchasing for M&E equipment & materials
  • To play a key role in finalising tender, procurement of suppliers and subcontractors, implement & develop purchasing strategy.

Quantity Surveyor
Requirements
  • A recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years related working experience in quantity surveying.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, initiative, independent with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication and technical reporting skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
  • Promote use of process approach, risk-based thinking and life cycle perspective in the organization.

  • Prepare the followings for the Project Manager:

    5. Site measurements and final accounts.
  • Active cost control to achieve the budget. This cost control is to include incorporation of cost information for and active budgetary control of whole construction components.
  • Assess quotations from subcontractors and preparation of sub-contract agreement for comments/approval.
  • Prepare subcontractors interim certificates and final accounts.

Traffic Management Officer
Requirements
  • A recognized Degree in Civil/Highway/Construction/ Traffic Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years' of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to communicate effectively with local authorities and public.
  • Possesses certificate of Traffic Management Officer (TMO) from CIDB.
  • Willing to be based at Serene Heights, Semenyih, Selangor.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with local authorities on traffic management at site
  • Maintain good working relationship with relevant authorities, clients and the project team
  • Comply all necessary quality management system requirement and procedure that related with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

Architectural Supervisor
Requirements
  • A recognized Diploma in Architecture or its equivalent with 1-2 years' work experience in Building projects.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities
  • Assist work progress from beginning until handover project.
  • Monitoring and coordinating construction works at site especially on Architectural works.
  • Ensure all work done in accordance to the specification in good workmanship practice and without delay on progress.

Requirements
  • At least a recognized Diploma Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Knowledge and/or accredited in QLASSIC and CONQUAS are an added advantage

Responsibilities
  • Performs verification on incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials
  • Co-ordinate and liaise between all parties involved in the project, the daily site activities relating to material procurement, delivery, installation and testing & commissioning
  • Perform timely inspection and ensure compliance with stipulated procedures, methods of statement and safety requirements
  • Check defect and maintains record of inspections and prepares list of defects, interacts with other parties such as defect team or sub-con to ensure compliance with specification and to facilitate the acceptance of parts
  • Inspect work area for potential hazard and rectify to maintain a safe working environment
  • Ensure the implementation of 5S activities
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as and when required or instructed.

Sales & Marketing Executive
Requirements
  • Diploma in Marketing / Property Development / Art Design or its equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years' work experience in Property Development Industry.
  • Experience in Graphic Designing will be an added advantage.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Sales Gallery, Wangsa Maju.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plan to advance assigned project in terms of its unique selling propositions and promotional package.
  • Increase registrant database in order to generate, increase and achieves sales target.
  • Manage and monitor all marketing collaterals execution in a proper and complete manner.
  • Conduct market surveys on competitors' new launches and its promotional packages as and when required and update records on monthly basis.
  • Involved in brainstorming sessions for the formulation of new advertising and branding strategies.
  • Prepare weekly Sales Report and list of Prospects Tracking Report.
  • Manage the inventory of all marketing materials including brochures, leaflets, bunting, banner etc. by ensuring that the stock is sufficient and replenished as and when required by Sales team.
  • Source, organize and participate in the road show / exhibition / road show / any marketing event from time to time. Task to be completed with post-mortem report.
  • Manage and maintain comprehensive documentation of all works handled by the department.

Accounts Executive
Requirements
  • A recognized Degree / Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent with minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge in IFCA accounting system will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparation of Group Consolidated Financial Statements and Quarterly Report for announcement to Bursa.
  • Assist in preparation of Operational Report for Board of Directors.
  • Assist in preparation of Group forecast and other ad-hoc reports from time to time.
  • Assist in reviewing management accounts submitted by subsidiaries.
  • Liaise with auditors and tax agents on accounting and tax issues to be assigned from time to time.
