Project Department

Quality Manager
Requirement
  • A recognized Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
  • At least 8 years work experience in construction industry.
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers, consultants, engineers, inspection, bodies and suppliers on matters relating to quality assurance and technical matters.
  • Possess good knowledge in raw material performance and ensuring tests on quality of all raw materials used in the manufacture of concrete are conducted and analyses to minimize failures.
  • Assist in coordinating all QA and QC operations in conjunction with QC staff to ensure that customers are satisfied with the level of service provided.
  • Assist Plant Management to comply with all standard operating procedures, relevant statutory and company requirements in relation to management of raw materials, environment (waste technical work on a daily basic to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirement
  • A recognized Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.

Job Descriptions
  • Responsible for overall M&E construction site planning, work programme, construction operations and activities, management and all related reports.
  • Oversee budget control and project revenue.
  • Lead and coordinate with consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors for M&E works procedures of the assigned projects.
  • Monitor and track the master and detailed work programme in order to complete the project within the agreed timeline.
  • Ensure the smooth progress and efficiency of the construction works by adhering to quality control policy, in accordance with specification standards, quality guidance, safety regulation on site and contractual obligations.

Requirement

  • Oversee the smooth operation of the specific projects on the following areas:-
    • a. Pre Contracts (Tender, Estimate - material take-off compilation and commercial evaluation of tenders.)
    • b. Post Contracts (Contracts administration - Upon award, to assist the project department on the measurement of quantities at site for submission of any V.0, prepare L.A for sub-contractor, prepare monthly progress claim for client & sub-contractor and also to do final measurement for final account preparation purpose).
    • c. Purchasing
    • i. Ensure the procurement from right source of suppliers. Plan & organise advance negotiation and ensure better terms and conditions for supply of materials.
    • ii. Ensure all Purchase Orders are properly executed in line with Company Policy & Procedure.

Requirement

Requirement
  • A recognized Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years proven experience as BIM operator in design or construction practice.
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit Arch, Structure, MEP and related BIM software.

Requirement

  • Manage the inventory of all marketing materials including brochures, leaflets, bunting, banner etc. by ensuring that the stock is sufficient and replenished as and when required by Sales team.
  • Source, organize and participate in the road show / exhibition / road show / any marketing event from time to time. Task to be completed with post-mortem report.
