Project Department

Senior Project Manager / Project Manager
Job Requirement
  • At least a recognized Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or its equivalent
  • Minimum 10-15 years working experience in construction industry with high-rise building related experience. Preferably involved in the management, implementation, and coordination of construction projects.
  • Dynamic, independent and possess good managerial and technical skills
  • Preferably with MIEM and P. Eng.
Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor, control and continuously improve quality, environmental and safety and health performance at the project site.
  • Plan out the overall project budget for efficient project control and participate in the negotiation and settlement of all contractual changes and finalization of the contract and variation orders within Engineering, Tendering & Contracts Department.
  • Ensure all facets of the project ranging from construction works, project and quality, environmental and safety and health management, cost control, quality assurance to meet the targets set by the Project Director.
  • Implement and enforce site personnel, workers and subcontractors for quality, environment, and safety & health practices at the workplace.
  • Utilize and mobilize the required services of various departments within the organization, construction etc. and to monitor and coordinate the same within the project site.
  • Determine risks, opportunities and plan actions and ensure they are implemented.
  • Review periodically the performance of the works of subcontractors/suppliers and initiate remedial actions if required to maintain the project on schedule.
  • Represent the company in liaison with local authorities, clients and subcontractors on project matters.
  • Maintain and ensure all documentation (including records) necessary for finalization of the contract are in order.
  • Chair project site environmental and safety and health committee meetings.
  • Arrange for proper final project hand over to the clients/concerned authorities.

Job Requirement
  • At least a recognized Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) / Construction Management or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of working experience as a Planning Manager for two (2) building projects.
  • Required skill(s): Primavera P6 & MS Project.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in the realistic overall planning, scheduling and monitoring of the site progress.

Job Requirement

Accounts Executive
Job Requirements
  • At least a recognized Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent.
  • Minimum one (1) year related working experience in accounts related functions, with staff supervision experience. Preferably with construction / property accounting experience.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin;

  • Maintain and update Stock Card for all construction materials in the store.
  • Update Store Inventory Record and send report to Store (Main) Manager at least once a month.
