Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd was honoured with two major awards – CEO of the Year to our Managing Director, Mr. Foo Chek Lee & The Best Project Award (Building Project – Major Category) for the Malaysian Anti Corruption (MACC) Headquarters, Putrajaya project.



 

QUALITY RECOGNITION

Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd was presented with the 'High QLASSIC Achievement Awards 2018' and 'Special Appreciation for Achieving the Highest Score of QLASSIC in the Government Building Category' for the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Headquarters Building project during QLASSIC Day 2018.



 

HEALTH & SAFETY RECOGNITION

Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd achieved a 5-Star rating and near perfect score of 99% in the SHASSIC assessment conducted by CIDB Malaysia for the PPA1M, 17RM2, Putrajaya project. This is our highest score achieved in this assessment to date.

ArqhitectNIA and Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd were honoured with the PAM (Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia) Award Gold in the Commercial High Rise Category for the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Headquarters Building. Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd was the Design & Build contractor of this iconic landmark in Putrajaya.

2016 Forbes Asia's 'Best Under A Billion'

Mitrajaya Holdings Berhad made it to the 2016 Forbes Asia's 'Best Under A Billion' list which honours 200 leading public companies in the Asia Pacific region with annual revenue between US$5mil and US$1bil, have positive net income and have been publicly traded for at least a year.

OPENING OF NEW LRT STATIONS ON AMPANG LINE

Prasarana Malaysia Berhad officially opens four new LRT stations, out of which two stations - Kinrara BK5 and Alam Sutera were constructed by Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd. Tan Sri Ismail bin Adam, Group Chairman of Prasarana Malaysia Berhad and Dato' Ir. Zohari Sulaiman Group Director, Project Development/CEO Prasarana Rail and Infrastructure Projects Sdn Bhd (PRAISE) officiated the opening ceremony.

COMPLETION OF 1ST PR1MA (1MALAYSIA PEOPLE'S HOUSING) PROJECT

Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd successfully completed the construction of affordable homes at Precinct 11, Putrajaya under the PR1MA pilot project. Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak was present to hand over the keys to the homeowners during the mock key presentation ceremony.

RECORD HIGH CONSTRUCTION ORDER BOOK

Achieved record high of construction order book of RM1.88 billion after successful securing of Perumahan Pejawat Awam 1 Malaysia (PPA1M) worth RM230 million from Putrajaya Homes Sdn Bhd on 28 January 2015.

WANGSA 9 RESIDENCY – LAUNCH

In the third quarter of 2014, a luxury high-rise residential project in Wangsa Maju comprising 3 blocks with a total of 565 units was launched by Mitrajaya Homes Sdn Bhd.

Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd successfully secured new projects totalling RM1.2 billion in 2014.

DESIGN & BUILD

Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd was awarded the RM427.9 million project from Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd, one of the biggest to date, for the design and build of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission office building.

Optimax Eye Specialist Centre Sdn Bhd was the first Malaysian outfit to officially launch the Flapless Lasik procedure known as Relex Smile.

15 YEARS' EXCELLENT SERVICE AWARD

Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd was recognised for its service by the Master Builders Association of Malaysia (MBAM).

LRT STATIONS 8 & 9 AMPANG EXTENSION LINE AND 11 & 12 KELANA JAYA EXTENSION LINE

Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd secured the two projects worth RM102.1 million for the construction of LRT Stations.

Mitrajaya Holdings Berhad acquired the remaining 49% of the equity interest in Primaharta.

LRT STATIONS 3, 4 & 5 AMPANG EXTENSION LINE

Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd secured the project worth RM90.8 million for the construction of LRT Stations.
