The proposed Raffles American School (RAS) is a pre-kindergarten Grade 12 academy which would be located over 45 acres land within Iskandar Educity Region, Nusajaya, Johor. The whole development involved the construction of 24 blocks of buildings which comprising Athletic Centre, Library, Administration, Performance Arts Centre, 8 nos. of Academic blocks, 5 blocks of Boarding Facilities, Cafeteria, Green House, Swimming Pools, changing rooms, support facilities and outdoor sport facilities which has a total gross floor area of approximate 77,000 square meter.
The proposed package within the Refinery And Petrochemicals Integrated Development (RAPID) project was awarded to the Consortium of Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd and Syarikat Ismail Ibrahim Sdn Bhd with the overall completion period of 32 months. The scope of works involved are storm water drainage, road and paving works, underground piping works, concrete paving works, structural works, and electrical and instrumentation works.
The proposed development includes the Structural Works, Architectural Works, M&E Works, Landscape Works, ID Works and other specialist work for 2 blocks of apartments of 39-storey and 40-storey respectively, including 4 levels of podium and 2 levels of basements.
The Design and Build project consists of 3 office towers & 1 podium block for carpark for Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) at lot 7G1, Putrajaya next to Ibu Pejabat Bomba & IPPD Putrajaya.
A Design and Build Project of Bank Negara's Business Operation Complex in Shah Alam, Selangor.
The proposed development includes the Structural Works, Architectural Works, Plumbing Works, Landscape Works, ID Works and other specialist work for 2 blocks of apartments of 44 & 45-storey respectively, including 5 levels of podium carparks.
Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad intends to enhance the LRT services effectively and efficiently by reaching and serving new areas. It has therefore identified extension of two lines that traverse densely populated areas namely Kelana Jaya (KLJ) Line Extension from Kelana Jaya Station to Putra Heights Terminal (17.4 km) and the Ampang (AMG) Line Extension from Sri Petaling Station to Putra Heights Terminal (17.7 km). The two lines will then be integrated at Putra Heights Terminal.
The construction works on these two line extensions will include Facilities Works and System Works inclusive of stations and all interrelated works required for the complete operation of the two lines.
The scope of work includes the construction of the AMG Line Stations 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, and KLJ Line Stations 11, 12, including associated TNB SSUs, PPUs, and Traction Power Sub-Stations.
The project comprises of construction and completion of public units for Zone 12E & 12F at Precinct 11, Putrajaya, including 560 units medium cost apartment (3 blocks), 2 units three-storey shop office, 6 units two-storey shop office, surau, dewan serbaguna, rumah sampah, covered walkway & car wash bay.
East Coast Economic Region Development Council (ECERDC) awarded Mitrajaya the construction of this project consisting of 300 units of detached houses, 15 units of management quarters, 1 surau and 1 Multi-Purpose Hall.

This project involves the construction of a Laboratory Complex currently operated by University Kebangsaan Malaysia. This is a Green Building Index compliant project and due to the environmentally sensitive location, no trees were allowed to be cut without the consent from the client. Instead, the Complex was built around the existing trees and the trees form part of the building. Trees that were cut down were recycled and reused as building materials for this project.
The Design and Build project consists of 1 block of 8-storey hospital with 2 levels of carpark, including Architectural works , Structural Works, and other Specialist Works.
The proposed development includes the Structural Works, Architectural Works, M&E Works, External Works and Landscape Works for 63 units of Double Storey Terrace Houses in Precinct 11, Putrajaya. The project also received recognition for its outstanding achievement under Putrajaya Holdings' Construction Quality Assessment, from which a financial incentive was awarded.
The project consists of the construction of a 6-storey Childcare Centre for Bank Negara Malaysia, including 1 level of carpark and 2 guardhouses, located on Jalan Tun Ismail in the vicinity of Sasana Kijang and Menara KKR2.
